Check-in and check-out

• Check-in from 4 p.m.
• Check-out between 10 and 11 a.m.
• Please note that our inn is closed between 11 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. so that we can prepare to welcome you.

Booking and payment

• A credit card is required to guarantee your booking, but nothing is charged at that time.
• Payment is made in full on arrival or departure.
• Prices are in Canadian dollars, per night, double occupancy, plus taxes. Breakfast is included.
• Additional charge of 60 $ for a 3rd guest in the Éternelle and Rêveuse rooms.
• All package rates are per person, per stay, before taxes. Gratuities are not included. Tell us your package ideas and we will tailor them to your needs!

Cancellation

• In case of cancellation, please let us know 5 days in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
• Less than 5 days' notice incurs a fee equal to the first night.
• The full amount of the room and/or package, including the massage treatment, will be charged for cancellations less than 48 hours before your stay.

Seasons and rates

• Low-season rates apply October 31 to May 31, except holiday weekends.
• Displayed rates are "from" prices; the exact price is confirmed when you book.

Breakfast, allergies and intolerances

• Breakfast is served every morning in the dining room.
• Whether you have allergies or intolerances, we can accommodate you: tell us when you book. Gluten-free menu on request.

Accessibility

• The Rêveuse suite is on the ground floor, with independent exterior access and private parking.
• For any special need, call us: we will find the best solution together.
